The carbon footprint of buildings and facilities reduced through renewable energy and building automation


Levi Ski Resort has been using geothermal energy and surplus heat to warm indoor spaces for a long time now. The resort uses surplus heat generated by, for example, snow gun compressors by transferring it to the geothermal pipeline and thus supplementing geothermal energy use.

Levi Outdoor Fest: A week full of fun

How would an active holiday sound like? Levi Outdoor Fest is suitable for families but also for sporty, adventurous people. The program includes various possibilities to try different sorts of sports and get into contests in an easy, approachable way. You can get a closer look in the possibilities of cycling, experience golf, or even find a new hobby you'll love! You can compete for example in mountain biking in Ylläs-Levi MTB and Levi Midnight Enduro and enjoy and experience our Nordic nature by having daylight even during nights. Levi UP gives you the opportunity to challenge your lungs by running and rising to the front slope of Levi and in Levi Extreme Triathlon, you get to combine blockbusters triathlon and trail running. The event attracts triathletes to the ultimate test of endurance through Levi’s unique landscapes.

Levi Outdoor Fest offers you the best of summer experiences during the summer in Levi. There are no fees to visit the fest area, but with a fest pass you get to try all the activities, clinics, competitions and guided activity trips for free or discounted price.

Ski Bus is back! Use the bus for free (From 24th to 28th July).


From Wednesday to Sunday (24th to 28th July) it's possible to use the bus in Levi for free! During these days there will be Levi Outdoor Fest and Levi Bike Fest as events. Therefore everyone will get to use the bus for free, even the ones that don't participate in these events.

Wednesday: 9.00-18.00
Thursday: 9.00-20.00
Friday: 9.00-20.00
Saturday: 9.00-20.00
Sunday: 9.00-18.00

There is a break in bus service at 12.00-13.00 and 15.00-15.30.
